About the Role

Findex is seeking an experienced SMSF Accountant to join our team in Albury. As an SMSF Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional Accounting SMSF services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in SMSF tax return preparation, financial statement creation, and reconciliations.
  • Handle compliance and administrative tasks, including client record maintenance and data entry.
  • Prepare and review reports, including time-sheets, client service agreements, and invoicing.
  • Contribute to strategy implementation for clients, learning ATO registrations, and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with Class Super (Advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful demeanour.
