About Our Team

We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our Home Care team on a part-time basis. The position is in Deloraine, Tasmania.

As a member of our team, you will form part of a collaborative and agile group that strives to support clients to 'live life as they choose'.

About the Role

The Home Care Assistant delivers individualised care and assistance to clients so that they may continue to live in their home and focus on their quality of life. The role includes:

  • Monitoring and reporting on client's condition
  • Assisting with transportation
  • Performing household cleaning
  • Supporting personal hygiene
  • Preparing meals
  • Other health and wellness services

You will demonstrate a commitment to best practice care and ensure that all in-home care is provided in a personalised, caring and respectful way in accordance with our policy and procedures and aligned to the client care plans, goals and health outcomes.
