We're seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our Livestock Career Development Program in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This 24-month program is designed to equip you with valuable experience in all aspects of the Livestock industry while completing an in-house Certificate in Livestock Marketing.

Through this program, you'll gain accelerated learning opportunities, professional networking, and placement mobility, ensuring you get the most out of your experience. You'll have the chance to work with experienced livestock employees and leaders, develop effective selling and relationship building techniques, and acquire business skills such as compliance, sales, client relationship building, communication, marketing, social media, understanding finance, problem solving, and negotiation.

You'll also develop livestock skills including next generation stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology.

Key Requirements:
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Successful completion of Year 12
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the Agricultural industry, preferably in Livestock
  • Willingness to relocate at the conclusion or throughout the program
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency
  • Vaccination against Q Fever or willingness to receive it
