About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to play a key role in supporting the transition of staff to the new Adelaide University. As a Workforce Transition Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies, tools, and staff supports needed for the successful delivery of the Workforce Readiness Delivery Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Lead to develop and implement strategies, activities, processes, tools, and staff supports required for the delivery plan
  • Drive and coordinate the implementation of the Workforce Readiness Plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
  • Engage with stakeholders across the Integration Management Office (IMO) program to gather inputs and manage interdependencies
  • Coordinate with and manage interdependencies with the change readiness support team
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implementation strategies and plans, making adjustments as necessary
Requirements
  • Significant experience in implementing transformational change at an operational level within a diverse and complex environment
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Relevant experience and expertise in building, leading, and managing client-focused teams
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Project management experience and well-developed knowledge of project management approaches
