About the Role
">This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading pharmaceutical company as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to pharmacy customers.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Conduct outbound calls to allocated territory of customers daily
- Manage inbound calls accurately
- Process pharmacy turnover orders (phone and fax) into CRM in an accurate and timely manner
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Previous sales experience
- Experience in healthcare or retail pharmacy highly regarded
- Strong relationship building skills
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced PC skills
