Job Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to join Aon's Financial Institutions/Professions team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Financial Institutions/Professions clients, demonstrating a client-centric approach to servicing clients, and maintaining strategic relationships with insurance carrier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Financial Institutions/Professions space.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  3. Work closely with the Aon Financial Services Group Director and the FSG team to drive growth, manage client delivery, and ongoing product development across this space.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the Financial Lines Insurance market.
  • Strong technical understanding of Financial Lines Insurance products and risk solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
