Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.

  • Lead a team of educators to deliver daily programs that promote learning and development;
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social well-being;

You will work closely with our Centre Manager to ensure that our centre maintains its high standards of quality and excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent);
  • Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • Availability to work between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues;
