The Royal Hobart Hospital is seeking a Staff Specialist to fill a vacancy in Pathology/Haematology.
The successful applicant will conduct diagnostic review meetings and participate in academic activities within the diagnostic Haematology services of the Royal Hobart Hospital. They will also provide consultation services in General Haematology, Transfusion, and other subspecialties as required. Recent experience in flow cytometry and haemostasis is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in diagnostic review meetings and academic activities
- Provide consultation services in General Haematology, Transfusion, and other subspecialties
- Conduct flow cytometry and haemostasis testing as required
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Holds specialist registration or equivalent qualifications
- Experience in flow cytometry and haemostasis testing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
