Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our restaurants. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining the internal and external environment of our restaurants, preparing equipment for daily operations, and completing ad-hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the back area, rubbish bins, and staff toilets
  • Maintain equipment to ensure it is well-functioning and safe for use
  • Prepare the restaurant for trade each day, including cleaning windows, floors, and tables
  • Comply with safety and security standards to maintain a safe working environment
  • Complete ad-hoc maintenance tasks as requested by management
