Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Services Officer to join our team at the Keilor East Leisure Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new memberships for Health and Fitness and Learn to Swim programs.
As a Customer Services Officer, you will be the face of our organisation, providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our guests. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving the overall experience of our guests.
Key Accountabilities- Achieve set sales targets on a daily basis
- Provide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guests
- Provide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems
- Conduct tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscription
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, who is able to build rapport and positive relationships with people. You will have experience in working in a team to achieve collective and individual targets, and possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests.
You will also have a flair and ability to positively influence and negotiate win-win outcomes, and lead by example. You will be tech savvy and have some knowledge and understanding of sales, and possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect leadership and accountability.
About the PerksAs a staff member of Belgravia Leisure, you will also have access to all the leisure facilities in Moonee Valley, including Ascot Vale Leisure Centre and Queenspark Swimming Pool.

About the Qualifications- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) & CPR
- Current Working with Children Check (or equivalent)
- Current National Police Check
- Customer service and/ or sales experience
- Experience in achieving collective and individual targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for customer experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests
