**Store Team Member Role:**

We're seeking a Store Team Member to provide our customers with a safe and positive shopping experience and create a welcoming store environment.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Carrying out a checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
  • Using equipment to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the shop and in team rooms, toilets, and offices
  • Cleaning shelving and equipment throughout the store, including team rooms and toilets
  • Collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of the weather
  • Working both indoors and outdoors and working independently when necessary

**About You and Your Skills:**

- Ensuring great customer experiences by working enthusiastically, energetically, and at pace

- Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy

- Setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a solid work ethic

- Working independently and following instructions

- Being physically fit, active, and energetic to perform job tasks

- Availability for shifts between 5am-11pm, seven days a week

- Ability to get to work outside of public transport operating hours
