About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our aged care customers, providing in-home support services to help them live independently and remain within their own homes.
- Deliver personal care services, including personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and help at mealtime.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings.
- Provide social interaction, client observations, and ongoing training and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle.
- Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19.
- Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
- A minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care and/or a Certificate III in Individual Support.
