About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who are navigating complex rehabilitation plans and to make a positive impact on their lives.
As a Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering assessments and counselling to help individuals transition back to work after injury or illness. You will work closely with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling, and registration with AHPRA or ASORC. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments and counselling to individuals transitioning back to work after injury or illness

- Identify Return to Work barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Visit workplaces to understand challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of good work
