Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor with a background in civil works to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising on-site resources, ensuring worker inductions, monitoring construction progress, and managing site security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the utilisation of all on-site resources
  • Ensure all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work
  • Monitor construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
  • Manage site security, material, and plant deliveries, and general housekeeping

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the construction industry
  • Experience managing self-performed works
  • Experience on civil and stormwater works
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment
