Job Description
As a Project Support Specialist, you will provide vital administrative support to our high-performing project team. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and recording internal and external correspondence
- Maintaining comprehensive contract filing systems
- Managing daily procurement and commercial documentation
- Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project
- Collating and distributing monthly invoices and progress claims to clients
- Overseeing CMS compliance, plant registers and safety statistics
