Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate In Home Support Worker to join our team. As an essential member of our care team, you will provide direct care and support to our clients, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver holistic care solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, adhering to their personalized care plans;
  • Undertake domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation;
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as shopping and transportation;
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans;

  • A warm and caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping others live their best lives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • A positive attitude towards health and wellbeing, with a commitment to promoting healthy lifestyle choices;
  • The flexibility to work a varied roster, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts;
  • A current Police Screening Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), and Working with Children Check (Blue Card);
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance;
  • A current Queensland driver's licence and First Aid and CPR Certificates;
  • Good computer and mobile device skills, with experience in using technology to support client care;
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional care outcomes;

Estimated salary: $36.55 per hour + $1.10 per km = approximately $43,000 - $53,000 per annum based on 38 hours/week.
