The college seeks a full-time Director of Learning Support to lead the Learning Enrichment and Program Support (LEAPS) Department. This vital role focuses on delivering high-quality educational support for all students, staff, and families from Early Learning to Year 12.

Key responsibilities include assessing students' needs, implementing Individualised Education Plans, and liaising with external specialists and securing resources to support students' learning outcomes.

  • Be a qualified teacher with experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in learning support, special education laws, and inclusive education strategies.
  • Lead a team of administrative support staff that support this role and the broader teaching teams.
  • Have strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Hold current First Aid qualifications and Anaphylaxis Certificate or be willing to obtain these prior to commencement.
