Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to support our environmental sustainability goals in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national and local environmental regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.


This role involves assessing and supporting the growth of our business through environmental due diligence reviews and permitting support. You will play a key role in regional environmental programs by integrating with engineering, construction, and operations to drive an environmentally responsible culture within our organization.


The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering/science or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and support compliance with national and local environmental regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering/science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in environmental compliance, auditing, permitting/reporting, waste management, EMS, and ISO 14001 standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
