Seeking a Graduate Civil Designer to support our Land Development Team.

A well-established and successful private firm offers an exciting opportunity to design and develop Civil Plans across all aspects of land development.

The role involves delivering drawings for key infrastructure and civil construction projects, acting as the Civil 3D go-to resource for the business, and assisting the Lead with feasibility assessments.

Recent projects include:

  • Two Wells (Liberty) - Township expansion for 3,500 homes
  • Mannum Waters Marina - State of the art marina complex along the Murray River for 650 homes
  • Nuriootpa (Barossa Estate) - Recently completed 450 home residential estate in the Barossa wine district

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and delivery of drawings for key infrastructure and civil construction projects
  2. Act as the Civil 3D go-to resource for the business
  3. Assist the Lead with feasibility assessments
  4. Site inspections to familiarise works undertaking
  5. Researching for civil projects
  6. Providing high-quality service and support to internal staff, clients and stakeholders

'What you look like' and need to demonstrate to be successful:

  • Exposure to civil engineering project design delivery and Civil 3D drafting
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering design/drafting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of materials, detailing and documentation that support the delivery of major projects in the areas of urban road, stormwater and wastewater design
  • Experience building and managing strong collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
