The successful candidate will foster a safe and nurturing environment contributing to growth and development. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored support plans and interventions, empowering individuals to build essential life skills and promote independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Young People: Provide daily living support to young people with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Create Support Plans: Develop and implement tailored support plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empower Independence: Assist individuals to build essential life skills and promote independence through daily routines and training.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in disability support work or a related field.
  • Skills: Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Certifications: Blue Card for Working with Children, NDIS Worker Screening, Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2), and a valid unrestricted drivers licence.
