Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing customer, address, and reference domains, with a strong background in data integration, profiling, and quality assurance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end MDM solutions, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the entire process. This includes utilizing MDM tools, preferably Ataccama, for data management tasks, conducting data profiling and quality assessments using Informatica or equivalent tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data governance policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Master Data Management with a focus on customer, address, and reference domains.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools, preferably Ataccama.
  • Strong knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, or equivalent ETL tools.
  • Experience in data profiling and data quality management using Informatica or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Strong technical knowledge of Data Integration, APIs, and real-time data ingestion.
  • Experience implementing match and merge best practices for customer data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in Master Data Management and data integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
