As an Agribusiness Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build and foster relationships with clients in regional Queensland.
Job OverviewOur Regional Banking team is committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and driving the success of regional communities.
This role will see you managing a diverse portfolio consisting of grain, cattle, dairy, and cotton producers. You will work closely with clients to develop strong relationships, gain a deep understanding of their individual needs, and retain their current business while identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a wide range of financial solutions
- Drive strategy and execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities
Key requirements for this role include:
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing and growing significant complex portfolios
- Extensive Agribusiness experience in a range of sectors with sound regional professional networks
- Ability to relocate to Brisbane or easily commutable location
