Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer role presents a unique opportunity to lead a transformative organization that enables people with disabilities to experience fulfilling work.

As the public face of the organization, the CEO will collaborate with the management team to ensure the organization's success and growth.

The role will work closely with the Board to develop and implement the strategic plan, designing operational business plans that balance people, culture, fiscal performance, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
