Role Overview

The Building Quality Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality buildings that meet stringent standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the completion of buildings to ensure defect-free handovers.
  • Conduct daily photo documentation to track critical stages of each build.
  • Maintain and follow up on Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) throughout the production process.
  • Inspect incoming materials, chassis, and completed builds for compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with supervisors and contractors to identify and resolve defects promptly.
  • Foster a strong culture of workplace health, safety, environment, and quality (WHSEQ), reporting hazards and incidents as required.
