Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

Nick Scali, a renowned furniture designer and market leader, has over 60 years of experience in creating luxury home furnishings. With over 110 showrooms across Australia and New Zealand, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our high-performing teams and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work across various showrooms, promoting a collaborative culture and ensuring the showroom is maintained to the highest standards.

  • Drive sales performance by maximizing sales opportunities and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue and meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Sales Consultants to achieve daily and weekly targets, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Train and coach staff to enhance their product knowledge and skills, resulting in improved sales outcomes.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and maintaining excellent after-sales service.
