Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the Loss Prevention field? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Loss Prevention Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in risk management, stock loss prevention, and security operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures to prevent loss and ensure the safety and security of our store.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and implement risk management policies

  • Incident reporting and investigation

  • Store safety management and compliance

  • Contractor supervision and coordination

  • Relationship building with centre management, local police, and other retailers

  • Inventory management and control

  • WHS representative and advisor

  • Operation of cameras and surveillance systems

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Security License

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • High level of integrity and discretion
