The hotel provides various room types, including spacious family rooms, along with services like 24-hour reception, guest laundry, cafe, restaurant, all-day dining, small meeting room, large outdoor area, and free open-air parking.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Casual Cook to join our team of inspired hospitality professionals working on the breakfast shift. This role involves preparing and serving food for the hotel buffet breakfast, as well as food preparation for our all-day dining menu and Distrikt Cafe.

  • Full ownership and operation of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality are maintained.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key Responsibilities

This position requires:

  • Trade qualifications or soon to be completed
  • Preferably experience in buffet breakfast service/lunch service
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality food while maintaining set food cost
  • Work in conjunction with service teams to ensure quality product and service to guests
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

An estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
