About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import and Export Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the import and export process of raw materials and finished goods, as well as overseeing the documentation and compliance of all business transactions.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the import and export process
  • Raising and processing Purchase Orders
  • Coordinating logistics with 3PL providers
  • Managing the settlement of foreign exchange contracts
  • Developing and implementing business process improvements


Required Skills and Qualifications include:
  • Tertiary qualification in International Trade or Logistics
  • Proven experience in import and export processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with previous experience and knowledge of SAP
