About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated educator to take on a leadership role within our centre. As a Pedagogical Director, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our educational program, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a pedagogical framework that aligns with our centre's vision and values.
- Leading and mentoring a team of educators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
- Collaborating with families and the community to ensure their needs are met and their children receive the best possible outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of education and care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Master of Education (Early Childhood).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a pedagogical educational setting.
- First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- An approved Working with Children Card.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- $79,000 - $98,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 3 days equivalent non-contact time to focus on program development.
- Specific training related to the Pedagogical Director role.
