In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with our Directors, Clients, project stakeholders, and consultants to drive project success. Your primary focus will be on providing strategic project advice, establishing project success criteria, and developing project governance frameworks.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective project planning and scheduling processes.
  • Oversee procurement strategies, including contractor selection, contract drafting, and negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Facilitate collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Proven track record in project management and/or construction management.
  • Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget control and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
