Program OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated nurse with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care to join our Transition to Specialty Practice (TSP) Program. This comprehensive 6-month program is designed to enhance your skills and advance your career in the field.
Key Features of the Program- Specialty Focus: Emergency & Critical Care
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Albury & Wodonga Emergency Departments, Close Observation Unit (Wodonga), Critical Care Unit (Albury)
As part of this program, you will have access to engaging modules, paid study days, guided tutorials, and self-directed learning opportunities. You will also gain essential knowledge and practical skills for competent patient care in Emergency/Critical Care.
Requirements- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience
- Current Nursing and/or Midwifery Registration with APHRA
- Employment with AWH in Emergency or Critical Care
- Demonstrated interest in Emergency and/or Critical Care Nursing
- Commitment to self-directed study and active program participation
- Evidence of dedication to professional development
