We are seeking a highly skilled Site Health Expert to join our team at Technical Resources.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing site health and safety advice to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide site health and safety advice to project personnel;
- Report directly to the Site HS Manager & Construction Manager;
- Liaise with other Senior Safety Advisors on site.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5+ years field experience working in a Safety Advisor position in an EPCM environment;
- Previous experience working a site FIFO position;
- Recognised training in OS&H systems, risk assessment and incident investigation;
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders;
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships with project personnel at all levels;
- Strong communication, negotiation and mediation skills;
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
