We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Urgent Care Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Triage patients promptly and accurately, ensuring timely access to medical care.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying potential health risks and developing effective care plans.
- Collaborate with medical practitioners to deliver seamless patient care, providing clear and concise communication.
- Perform procedural work such as suturing and plastering, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in triage within an emergency department, remote nursing, or ICU is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of critical thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously, making sound judgments and decisions.
