Job Title

Solutions Architect - Managed Services.

  • Ambitious and experienced Solutions Architects required for a key role in our Managed Services division. You will be responsible for designing and presenting tailored managed services solutions to prospective and existing clients. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities, working closely with sales, delivery, and product teams to craft compelling, scalable, and cost-effective service offerings.
  • As a Presales Solution Architect, you will develop end-to-end managed services solutions across infrastructure, cloud, network, security, and workplace services. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with service capabilities and delivery models, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • You will work with internal teams to ensure deliverable solutions are prepared, including collaboration with sales teams to understand client needs and position appropriate managed services offerings. You will also lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end managed services solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare deliverable solutions.
  • Lead technical presentations, workshops, and discovery sessions with clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Solutions Architect.
  • Minimum 5 years involved with Managed Services.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex managed service projects and providing solution design services that align with organisational objectives and business requirements.
  • High-level communication skills, including expert ICT advisory capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
