Rural Products Sales Manager

As a sales leader, you will oversee all aspects of rural products operations and drive growth, exceed sales targets, and deliver excellent client service. Your knowledge across seeds, fertilisers & crop protection, stock feeds & supplements, and farming products will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and inventory performance, overseeing staffing requirements, nurturing and growing the sales team, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with the development and implementation of retail strategy.

  • You will have experience leading a dynamic sales team and a background in agronomy or the rural industry.
  • You will also have strong business and financial acumen, a passion for building strong relationships, and proficiency in using the Microsoft suite and operating POS systems.
