This 15-month fixed-term parental leave contract role for a Field Representative is based in NSW. The position reports to the Assistant Manager and works closely with the Sales Department, managers, and team members of other departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting retail stores to enhance brand presence, product knowledge, and the overall in-store experience. They will work in line with Nintendo's DNA - Originality, Flexibility, and Sincerity - and Company Values - Open Communication, Consideration for Viewpoints of Others, Spirit of Service, Intellectual Curiosity, and Originality & Flexibility.
Job Responsibilities- Maintaining high standards across all retailers.
- Completing blitz executions promptly and to an excellent standard, within specified time frames.
- Cleanliness and maintenance of Nintendo Interactive Units are essential.
- Regular meetings with Store Managers and Proprietors are necessary to plan opportunities to expand in-store presence.
- Reporting and escalating existing account issues directly.
- Checking reserves, cupboards, and drawers for Nintendo stock, prioritizing selling floor placement.
- Maintaining effective call cycles of Nintendo dealers in defined geographic territories.
- Repositioning software into premium shelf locations, including ends.
- Maintaining presentation and cleanliness of products on retailer shelving and fixtures.
- Conducting SOH and bay counts as required.
- Arranging POS materials to be visually enticing and compliant with company standards.
- Previous experience in merchandising or similar roles.
- A current, valid NSW driver's license is mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethic.
- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
- Strong time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Good understanding of the consumer electronics industry.
