Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wines with precision and attention to detail
• Working collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our menu and drinks offerings
• Providing excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless service
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a premium bar or restaurant
• Strong knowledge of spirits and cocktails, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends
• WSET level 1 Award (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to hold a valid RSA
