As a Trade Counter Assistant in Wonthaggi, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include providing customer service, information about products, and undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product information
• Offer quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
• Contribute to maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information
• Is comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
