Develop Your Project Management Skills

This role supports one of our multi-year high-profile programs and offers an opportunity to build project management experience with a collaborative team.
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services, including contract management, resourcing, and document control.
Responsibilities:- Manage contract and resourcing registers, report variances to senior stakeholders, and provide monthly staffing updates.
- Maintain document management systems, including templates, review procedures, deliverable quality audits, and registers.
- Support project delivery through meeting coordination, secretariat duties, and tracking of actions and deliverables.
- Liaise between management and project teams to assist in operational delivery.
- Provide general project support, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and promoting best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, and build strong professional relationships.
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role, ideally within the IT sector.
- General understanding of project coordination with some exposure to technical aspects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Proactive approach to work, with strong organizational and communication skills.
This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian citizen and hold a Baseline level security clearance and be able to uplift to NV-1 level clearance.
