The ICU/PICU Quality Manager will take a key role in driving excellence in patient care by managing the Quality and Safety Portfolio within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring intensive care services meet the highest standards of safety, clinical governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Leading quality and safety initiatives by reviewing clinical incidents and transforming data into meaningful actions.
  • Supporting and monitoring improvement programs to ensure alignment with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.

As part of this team, you will collaborate across disciplines to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the Quality and Safety Portfolio.
