The Opportunity: we have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Harvest Road Oceans Farming Team based on the shorefront of Albany's Emu Point.

Farm hand positions are currently available in Flip Farm, Intertidal and On-Water Development and Maintenance Teams. These roles involve operating farm vessels, vehicles, tractors, forklifts and trucks; supporting compliance management including water sampling, environmental monitoring and HSE compliance; loading, unloading, moving, packing, constructing of shellfish farming infrastructure; operating mechanical equipment such as grading machines, and preparation of product for market/transport.

Our ideal candidate will have a Class C Driver's licence, a progressive and positive attitude, demonstrated commitment to safe working practices, motivation and be hard-working, willing to positively contribute to the Harvest Road culture. They should have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team. They will be a self-starter, and confident working independently. They will also be willing to fill in across all operational requirements when required. They will pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment. They will possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks.
