This position involves becoming an integral part of a surgical team, delivering outstanding care during patient procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing educational support and training to colleagues as needed.
About the Healthcare Facility:
This institution specializes in various medical fields, including orthopaedics, neurosurgery, spinal surgery, plastic surgery, urology, ENT, general surgery, and substance rehabilitation. The facility is conveniently located with excellent access to public transportation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Perioperative Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience in ENT/Plastic Surgery, minor and major Orthopaedics, or Neuro/Spinal Surgery.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia – AHPRA.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National Standards.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing is highly desirable or in progress.
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
Compensation: Successful candidates will receive a salary aligned with the current nursing Enterprise Agreement, with rates ranging from $40.38/hr to $51.55/hr for Registered Nurses.
