About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Career Growth Professional.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and identifying opportunities for career advancement. Your primary objective will be to provide personalized support and service to customers, actively promoting our services to local industry, employers, and job seekers.

You will achieve this by:

  • Seeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and training
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a high level of computer literacy, and the ability to meet monthly KPI targets. Additionally, you should have a passion for helping others and hold a current National Police Check and Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card.
