We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Haul Truck Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced mining environment, operating and maintaining heavy machinery.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as part of a close-knit team. As a Haul Truck Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our mining site.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the operation and upkeep of Haul Trucks within a mining or similar environment. A thorough understanding of individual responsibilities in relation to safety regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate Haul Trucks and other heavy machinery
  • Maintain equipment in good working order
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve results
  • Identify and report safety hazards
  • Meet performance targets and maintain high standards of quality
Requirements:
  • Current Standard 11 Mine Induction (Surface)
  • Current Queensland Driver's Licence
  • Willingsness to obtain QLD Coal Board Medical
  • CAT789, CAT793, KOMATSU 830E or HITACHI EH5000 experience highly desirable
