Optimise Operations for Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our store.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership, store teams, and various external vendors to execute daily inventory activities, ensure quality and operational compliance, and streamline processes to support business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Accurately and efficiently place and audit stock orders.
  • Manage store shipments, following procedures including breakout, quality control, data entry, and returns processing.
  • Audit monthly items awaiting pick up and follow up with customers on their orders.
  • Assist in preparing, executing, and researching the store's bi-annual physical inventory.
  • Prepare and ship customer orders while adhering to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
  • Maintain store visuals and branding to align with company standards.
  • Uphold the highest standards of store cleanliness.

**Requirements:**

  • High level of accountability and organisational skills.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate computer programs, experience in Excel or retail POS systems preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and self-management, ensuring deadlines are met effectively.
  • Approachable, patient, and professional demeanour.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.
