Project Development Lead

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success and expanding client relationships.
Day-to-day tasks will involve leading project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong stakeholder satisfaction. You will also support business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new opportunities and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Additionally, you will oversee internal design teams and manage engineering assessments across complex projects. Representing the company in industry forums and strategic meetings is also essential.
Delivering innovative designs and specifications across sectors is critical to your success. This includes managing multiple projects at varying stages of delivery and possessing a strong track record of client engagement and leadership.
You should hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Strong technical knowledge in Building Services is required, including HVAC design experience on building projects.
A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for building client relationships and growing business pipelines is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, as well as a collaborative attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
