About the Role

We are seeking an experienced APS6 Project Officer to join our team at Onpoint 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development, change, and implementation of a new centralised model for the administration of grants within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Section in the development and implementation of a new centralised model for the administration of grants.
  • Work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team to maximise system tools and achieve project goals.
  • Use initiative and produce high-quality work by managing competing priorities and exercising flexibility to respond to changing priorities.
  • Contribute to Branch and Division culture and adherence to the APS Values and Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid team environment with other staff remotely and in state and territory offices.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results, manage multiple priorities, and respond flexibly.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills and the ability to draft and present information in a clear, concise, and articulate manner.
  • Experience in grants administration highly desirable.
