Key Responsibilities- Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements, and repair and replace defective or worn-out parts.
- Diagnostic Equipment and Tools: Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturers' specifications and industry standards, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, advise customers on proper vehicle care, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
