About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our nursing team as an Assistant in Nursing. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff.

As an Assistant in Nursing, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients and residents, supporting registered and enrolled nurses with clinical duties, and assisting with activities of daily living.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care that is empathetic, responsive, and respectful.
  • Support registered and enrolled nurses with clinical duties, including medication administration and wound care.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and contribute to effective care delivery.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing or be currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
