We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our successful Merchandising field team as a Merchandising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in servicing and supporting our partnerships within supermarkets and retailers.

About the Role

As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing tasks, building displays, and erecting point-of-sale materials
  • Negotiating off-location opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with store personnel
  • Communicating up-and-coming promotional activities
  • Accurate reporting

Planogram Duties

A planogram is a diagram that shows how and where specific products should be placed on retail shelves. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Planograms/Relays - Executions & Compliance
  • Shelf adjustments
  • Stock placement
  • Ticketing
  • Obtaining sign-off by store personnel
  • Accurate reporting

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Own smart device for reporting purposes
  • Current state driver's license and reliable roadworthy vehicle
  • Full Australian working rights and be over the age of 18
  • Be physically fit - bending and lifting - carrying stock (max 16 kgs)
